Fa dues setmanes, les defenses d'Artur Mas, Joana Ortega i Irene Rigau van demanar que s'arxivés la causa que els afecta pel 9-N. La Fiscalia ja ha fet saber que s'hi oposa a través d'un escrit dirigit al jutge instructor de la causa, Joan Manel Abril. L'argument que fan servir els fiscals Francisco Bañeres i Emilio Sánchez Ulled és que existeixen "sòlids indicis delictius" al voltant de l'expresident de la Generalitat, l'exvicepresidenta i l'exconsellera d'Ensenyament.

A team of European researchers has found evidence of lead in the ink used by early Greeks when writing on papyrus scrolls in the town of Herculaneum, near Mount Vesuvius. In their paper published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the group describes their efforts in analyzing the ancient scrolls, and note that the finding pushes back the date of first use of metals in ink by four or five hundred years.
